Catering deposits are generally non-refundable within 7 days of the event date. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a catering booking if we are unable to fulfill the order due to capacity, staffing, or ingredient availability. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
